Description

Yeah, i edited my deviation,Silly Pikachu plz   i thought to myself that the other version didn't look right to me 
so i added some snowy effects i learned and blurred it a bit an adjusted the lighting, then VIOLA~! Pikachu gasp Plz  it looked awesome

just make a bunch of random dots for the snow (Make several Layers).
Use Gausian Blurr.
Then Put in some lighting
